He was hospitalized when he passed the village road repairing site several months ago. After the surgical treatment and rehabilitation, he claimed more than 500,000 yuan from the construction party on the grounds that there was no warning sign on the construction site, which caused a dispute with the other party. Due to the different words of the two sides, the problem has not been solved. In the end, Mr. Wang was awarded a compensation of 320,000 yuan through the mediation of the Liujiabao Township Comprehensive Management Letter and Visit Center. On October 21, he and his family sent a banner to the township comprehensive management petition center.
At about 9:30 pm on July 25 this year, Mr. Wang rode his electric car to his home. At that time, the village was undergoing renovation, and some pits were dug on the road for laying drainage pipes. Since there was no street light, he did not see the road. As a result, the front wheel of the electric vehicle suddenly snapped into the pit where the road was dug. He fell to the side of the road under the influence of inertia, causing injuries to the mouth, face and cervical vertebrae. After that, he was taken to hospital for treatment, and the construction party also paid for medical expenses. The examination results showed that Mr. Wang had many teeth falling off and the cervical spine injury required surgery.
After a series of treatment rehabilitation, Mr. Wang and the construction party have differences on compensation issues. Mr. Wang believes that the construction party did not set warning signs during the road repairing process, causing injuries to many parts of the body and impaired limb function. The medical expenses, lost time and nursing expenses should be paid more than 500,000 yuan. The construction party believes that Mr. Wang is riding a bicycle after drinking and he has not fulfilled his obligation to drive safely, and the amount of the claim is too large to be accepted. Therefore, the two sides have a different word, and the differences are large, and they have not been able to reach a settlement. After that, they conducted mediation through the village committee and the police, but still did not reach an agreement. In desperation, Mr. Wang went to the Liujiabao Township People's Government Comprehensive Administration Letters and Calls Center for help.
After receiving the reflection from Mr. Wang, the Liujiabao Township Comprehensive Treatment Letters and Visit Center was established with the principle of “contradictions not being turned over and solved on the spot”, and a working group was set up to carry out the work. Later, Wang Huijie patiently persuaded the two parties from the aspects of legal policy, time cost, ideology and morality, and finally urged the two parties to reach a settlement agreement: the construction party would compensate Mr. Wang for a total of 320,000 yuan in medical expenses, lost time and nursing expenses. The two parties shook hands and said that the dispute was resolved satisfactorily. On the morning of October 21, Mr. Wang and his family sent a banner to the Liujiabao Township Comprehensive Treatment Letters and Visitors Center to “save for the people and solve problems for the people” to express their deep gratitude to Wang Huijie and all the staff.
