Convex mirrors are meant to be attached to smooth surfaces, so you'll need to wipe off all dirt, water, and oil first, then dry. Then tear off the release paper on the back of the convex mirror, and stick the convex mirror on the predetermined position. Press firmly and evenly on the surface of the convex mirror to ensure the mirror sticks firmly. You can clean the mirror with a mild detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cotton cloth.
installation steps:
When installing an ordinary convex mirror (road convex mirror), you need to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Use matching screws to fix the two angle irons on the back of the road convex mirror (there are holes reserved for installation). It is worth noting that the arc-shaped fixing holes must face downward.
Step 2: Fix the two snap gauges on the top of the column with matching screws, and fix the bottom flange of the column on the ground with expansion bolts.
Step 3: Connect the fixed parts of the first step and the second step, and tighten them with screws.
Step 4: After the installation is complete, tear off the protective film on the surface of the convex mirror. When installing the convex mirror on the wall, you only need to drive the expansion bolts into the wall and fix it with screws.
When maintaining a convex mirror, the following should be noted:
Do not scratch the convex mirror surface with sharp objects.
The operating temperature is -30°C~+70°C.
Do not bend the mirror with any external force.
Clean dust and grime from mirrors frequently.
Do not tear off the release paper repeatedly or touch it with your hands, otherwise it will weaken the adhesive force.
